SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Boo-Dees Diapers. We’re committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). After processing, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited delivery. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select. While estimated delivery times are provided, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently do not ship internationally.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Boo-Dees Diapers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@boo-dees.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and, if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you prefer an exchange, please let us know, and we will assist you in exchanging your item for a different size or brand.

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
